As a wedding photographer, I have had the privilege of capturing countless beautiful love stories, but Anna Kate and Tim’s engagement session at the enchanting Bluff View Art District and the Hunter Museum in Chattanooga, TN, is truly one of my favorites. In this blog, I’m excited to share the remarkable journey of these two incredible individuals
Bluff View Art District and the Hunter Museum:
Bluff View Art District is a hidden gem nestled on the picturesque cliffs overlooking the Tennessee River. This charming district is renowned for its stunning architecture, lush gardens, and unique art galleries. It provides the perfect backdrop for capturing romantic moments and creating timeless memories.
The Hunter Museum, located within the Bluff View Art District, is an exceptional art museum that showcases a diverse collection of American art from the Colonial period to the present. With its breathtaking views of the river and its engaging exhibits, the Hunter Museum adds a touch of sophistication and artistic flair to any photoshoot.
The Couple:
I’ve known Anna Kate since she was in high school, and even then I knew she would tackle any obstacle or goal with determination, empathy, and grace. So no one was surprised when she earned her spot to attend the Air Force Academy for college. It was here where she met Tim while they both pursued degrees in French.
Throughout Anna Kate’s journey, I always believed that she would one day meet her future husband, not because she settled or compromised on her goals, but because she pursued them with unwavering determination. I knew that while she was running hard towards her dreams, she would one day glance over and find her perfect partner running just as passionately beside her. And I knew that’s precisely what happened when I saw Anna Kate and Tim together during their engagement session. Their story is one of love, determination, and finding a partner who not only supports your dreams but runs alongside you in pursuit of them.
*A note to couples and photographers pursuing a session at Bluff View Art District. This location does require a photography pass which should be acquired at least one week before your session.
